WILL THE MARBLE PIECE STAIN?

Marble is a natural, porous stone and prone to getting stained on contact with water and other liquids containing water, as well as soaps and lotions. On the other hand, oily products and products containing acidic properties like vinegar and lemon juice might dull the color of the marble and turn it yellow or grey. In saying this, don’t be afraid of freely using your marble purchase, as stains are merely a sign of your purchase serving you well!

HOW DO I REMOVE MARKS?

Most marks can be washed off with dishwashing detergent and warm water. In case this method doesn’t remove the stain, do not try any other methods as they may worsen the situation. Many times, markings and “patina” may add character to the product, especially those made with natural materials, and can be a representation of its appreciation and usage by the customer.

HOW TO CARE FOR BRASS & MS PRODUCT?

Brass and MS products can be maintained by regularly dusting off with a dry cloth. Brass products, when needed, should be cleaned with a mild detergent soap and lukewarm water and dried immediately. Brass polish or any other abrasive cleaner is not to be used on lacquered brass.
