Miyabi Home Décor offers nationwide delivery.

The shipping of goods depends on the time of order. Orders received after 10 pm AEST or over the weekends will be processed on the next working day.

Products will be couriered via trusted courier services such as and including Daewoo Courier, TCS, Leopards Courier, and Pakistan Post, depending on the customer’s address. Please choose an address you will be available at and refrain from changing the delivery address as this may incur an additional fee.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT 

Once Miyabi Home Décor receives your order, it will send you a confirmation message either through WhatsApp or email. The confirmation message will merely be a confirmation of the order being placed with Miyabi Home Decor; it will not mean the processing of the order. The message will contain item name, quantity, description, and unit price, as well as total amount, including the shipping and freight charges.

In case Miyabi Home Décor cannot accept or process the order for any reason, it will contact the customer. It will also contact the customer to confirm the sale order and provide the bank details for making the payment. Once the customer has paid for their order, they will be required to share the deposit slip with Miyabi Home Décor representative through WhatsApp so the order can be processed and prepared for either dispatch or pickup.

Miyabi Home Décor offers COD (cash on delivery) for Karachi only. Customers not based in Karachi are required to pay through bank transfer. Regardless of where the customer is based, 50% advanced payment will be required for orders worth PKR 50,000/- or more.

Except on the occasion when the customer receives a damaged product, the completion of the order will be considered complete once Miyabi Home Décor dispatches the order.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT

Orders can be canceled after up to 12 hours of making the payment against the order. After the aforementioned time, refund/exchange will not be entertained against any order.

To cancel an order, please call or WhatsApp Miyabi Home Décor representative, mention the order number and provide your bank account details. Once the cancellation is processed and payment refunded, Miyabi Home Décor will notify the customer. Please allow two working days’ time or 48 hours to process the cancellation of an order.

DELAYS

Packages are subject to delays. Miyabi Home Décor takes full responsibility for safe and smooth delivery but cannot ensure swiftness as delays can take place through the courier’s end.

RETURNS & REFUNDS FOR DAMAGED/FAULTY PRODUCT

On the rare occasion that the customer receives a damaged product, Miyabi Home Décor will arrange for either a replacement or a refund. In case the product received by the customer is damaged/faulty, Miyabi Home Décor will provide for an exchange/refund at discretion for items only where:

1- photographic evidence has been provided of the item being broken in the box.
2- photographic evidence has been provided of the product being faulty.
3- is different from the product that you ordered (difference in color/size is not included).
4- Miyabi Home Décor is informed of the product being damaged/faulty within three business days of receiving the product. Return request made after this period will not be accepted.

Miyabi Home Décor will reimburse any reasonable shipping cost for the order to be sent back to the warehouse for an exchange, as agreed by Miyabi Home Décor. Miyabi Home Décor will also refund any original shipping cost if the damaged/faulty item is returned for a refund and not a replacement.

*It is to be noted that the refund/replace policy does not apply to sale products or products purchased with a discount code/coupon unless received damaged by the customer.
